Updated: Oct 19

1. Did you know that there is a village that is home to over 70 waterfalls?

2. At 260 m (853 ft) long, this country is home to Europe's longest underground lake.

3. At 3454 m (over 11,300 ft) high this country houses the highest railway station in Europe.

4. Interestingly enough 2,300 m (over 7,500 ft) deep this country is home to the world's deepest tunnel. At 57.1 km (35.5 miles) long this is also world's longest railway tunnel.

5. Going across 1.56 km (almost one mile long0 this country

is home to the world's longest canopy treetop walkway.

6. Originally built in 1360, this country is one to the oldest wooden bridge in the world.

To make it even more special, you will be able to find paintings inside this covered bridge.

7. With 11,674 steps or spanning across 1,643 m (5,390 ft) you will find the world's tallest stairway.

8. Reaching heights over 500 ft (152 m) tall, this country

is home to the highest outside elevator in Europe.

9. And if all these high points is not enough then you'll enjoy seeing

any of the 48 country's peaks which are over 4,000 m (13,000 ft) tall.

10. Surprisingly enough despite its small size this country has participated in every single Olympic Games.

The answer was... SWITZERLAND!!!

Hope you enjoyed the beautiful pictures and fun facts!

Check in next Friday and find out which country I'll do next.

Have a wonderful day!
