8. Believe it or not, this state's oldest lighthouse is the most popular and photographed one in the world.
9. This state is home to the world's only international cryptozoology museum.
10. Spanning across 48,000 acres (194 sq. km or 75 sq. miles), this state is home to the only national park located in the north east of the United States.
